The problem

Counting by hand does not keep up

Every business that moves goods has the same headache. The system says one thing, the shelf says another. People count, scan and recount. By the time the number is right, it is already old.

  1. 01

    One item at a time

Barcodes need a line of sight and a person. A box with forty items means forty scans.

  2. 02

    Errors found too late

A wrong item leaves in a shipment and you hear about it from the customer, days later.

  3. 03

RFID that is hard to wire

Many projects stall after the reader arrives. Nobody knows how to get its data into the ERP.

How it works

From a tag passing by to data in your system

Item passes Antenna reads Reader decides Your system
  1. 1

    Read

Items carry standard RAIN RFID tags. As they pass an antenna, the reader asks every tag in range to answer, all at once.

  2. 2

    Connect

The reader sends each code over USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet. Set it up once, on any channel, with the same configuration.

  3. 3

    Integrate

CONNECTIX delivers the data as keystrokes, MQTT, REST or WebSocket. It can decode GS1 codes locally, before sending.

  4. 4

    Act

Your ERP, WMS or app compares the list with the order. A missing item raises a flag while the box is still on the table.

In operation

On a real dock

DockView portals along a dock row: the pallet leaves the truck and the system already has its contents.

  1. Pallet crosses the dock door
  2. Portal reads every item
  3. Contents reach your system

Technology

The part nobody sees: software that connects

Readers are the easy half. The hard half is getting their data where it is needed. CONNECTIX, the platform inside our readers, was built for exactly that.

Keyboard emulation

USB HID or Bluetooth LE on iOS, Android, Windows and Linux. Tags land in any text field.

MQTT and REST

Publish to a broker or call an API. Fits cloud services and your own backend.

Several channels at once

TCP sockets and WebSockets can run in parallel, on several channels, with one configuration API for all.

GS1 decoded on the reader

Output as JSON or in a custom format, so your software gets clean fields instead of raw hex.
